Shipping Policy


Please bear in mind that Madness & Company does not ship Worldwide as of yet. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you check back or sign up for our newsletter to receive information regarding global shipping policy changes.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Please note that all packages are handled internally via our Atlanta Office. We prioritize getting all orders out to customers in a timely fashion and process them within 4-7 business days of receipt. However, keep in mind that both processing and shipping can take longer during peak periods and holiday seasons. Once an order has been officially shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Keep in mind that once an item has been shipped it is subject to our Terms of Service shipping agreement.


All parcels/packages are equipped with a tracking number that will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. Once they depart for shipping, all series are then handled by your local postal service. You’ll be able to track your package on your local postal services’ website that corresponds with your tracking number. If the tracking is interrupted or shows signs of incomplete delivery, please contact your local post office for additional details. 


If you received the wrong product from Madness & Company, or it arrived defective or damaged, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

In case of exchange or refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.

Please note that :
• only t-shirts and are eligible for return and exchange
• returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense
• items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt
• we encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble
• damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
• sales items are non-refundable but can be returned for exchange or store credit
• initial shipping costs are non-refundable
